  • 1-2 cups unsweetened nut milk or water
  • 20-30 g chocolate protein powder
  • 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 tbsp tahini (ground sesame seeds)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • pinch of sea salt
  • 1 tsp maca powder
