Through my own health struggles I became obsessed with understanding how to optimize the mind and body. In a world where we are constantly bombarded with the demands of work, family and the never ending “busyness” I wanted to create a sustainable approach to change. I combined my background in Psychology with the science of nutrition, circadian rhythms and stress management to help women get back to the rhythms of nature and create real behavior change. And above all, I use energy as the true foundation of health. Without your energy everything in life suffers. But with small micro-shifts to your diet, lifestyle and daily habits…not only will your energy be elevated but your mood will improve, your relationships will deepen, your cravings will dissipate and you will have a sense of calm and confidence despite what the world throws at you.

Here are a few fun facts…
- I’m one of 4 girls but I’ve always ran with the boys. I love beach volleyball, backpacking and paddleboarding… most often you can find me in workout clothes or a bathing suit.
- I’m a pretty scheduled person, but I love spontaneously buying plane tickets. Traveling is a huge part of my life, my husband and I have visited over 20 countries together.
- Every morning I whip up a potion and watch the sunrise.
- I have a bearded dragon named Chili, he loves spicy food and laying out in the sun
